1. Who we are
J.T Elite Recruitment ("J.T Elite," "we," "us," "our") is a private membership recruitment platform headquartered in the United Kingdom, operating across the Middle East.
2. Eligibility & applications
Membership requires application only. We evaluate candidates based on seniority, professional background, and alignment with current mandates, and retain discretion to decline applications. Applicants must be 18 or over, provide truthful, current information, and keep their profile updated during active Membership.
3. What Membership includes
Active members receive:
- Access to live, exclusive mandates within your discipline (or, for full access tiers, across all disciplines);
- A named relationship manager representing you to hiring principals;
- Platform access to apply directly to published mandates.
Membership does not include any guarantee of introduction to a specific employer, interview, offer, or placement.
4. Fees & billing
Membership is billed monthly at £50 GBP, or the equivalent in your selected billing currency (GBP, EUR, USD, AED or SAR). Charges recur automatically each month until cancelled. Members must keep their payment information current; failed payments may result in suspended access.
5. Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time. New members also have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. Detailed cancellation and refund procedures are set out in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
As a member, you agree not to:
- Share your Membership access or mandate details with non-members;
- Solicit candidates or business on behalf of third-party recruitment firms;
- Provide false information in your application or profile;
- Approach a hiring principal or employer named in a mandate other than through the process we set out.
Breaches of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your Membership without refund.
7. Confidentiality
Mandate details, including employer identity and compensation information, are shared with you in confidence and for your personal use in considering that opportunity only. Your own information as a member receives similar protection, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension & termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your Membership, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or where we reasonably believe your continued Membership presents a risk to the platform or other members. Terminations for breach do not include a refund for the current billing period. If we discontinue the platform itself, we will provide pro-rated refunds.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, J.T Elite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of employment opportunity, income, or reputation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under the law of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, giving reasonable advance notice of any material changes. Continuing your Membership after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. [Note: pending solicitor confirmation on implications for members based outside the UK, given our Middle East operations.]
