Cancellation & Refund Policy — J.T Elite Recruitment

This sets out your right to cancel Membership, and what refund (if any) applies depending on when and how you cancel. It forms part of our Terms of Membership.

1. Your 14-day cooling-off period

When you take out a Membership, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day your contract with us begins, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email membership@jteliterecruitment.com or use the cancellation link in your account. We'll confirm your cancellation in writing.

2. Choosing immediate access

Because Membership gives you immediate access to live, exclusive mandates, you make an active choice when you apply:

Wait until the cooling-off period ends before we grant access — if you cancel during the 14 days, you receive a full refund and won't have had access to any mandates.
Start access immediately — you're asking us to begin the service before the 14 days are up, which affects your refund if you cancel during that window (see section 3).

You'll confirm this choice explicitly during your application, before payment is taken.

3. Cancelling during the 14 days, having already used it

If you chose immediate access and then cancel within the 14-day period:

You'll still get a refund, but it will be reduced to reflect the service already supplied to you before you cancelled. In practice: if you've viewed or applied to one or more exclusive mandates during that period, no refund is due for that billing period, since you've already received the core benefit of Membership. If you cancel having accessed your account but not viewed or applied to any mandate, [CONFIRM APPROACH — full or partial refund of the unused portion].

4. Cancelling after the 14 days

After the initial 14 days, you can cancel your Membership at any time.

Cancelling stops future billing.
It doesn't refund the billing period you're currently in — if you cancel partway through a paid month, you keep access and are billed in full for the remainder of that month, and your Membership then ends and won't renew.
No partial-month refunds are given once the cooling-off period has passed.

5. Currency & billing

Membership is billed at £50 GBP per month, or the equivalent in your selected currency (GBP, EUR, USD, AED or SAR), converted at the rate applied at the time of charge. The cancellation and refund rules on this page apply equally regardless of billing currency.

6. How to cancel

Email membership@jteliterecruitment.com with your name and the email address on your Membership, or use the cancellation option in your account once it's available. We'll confirm receipt and the effective date of cancellation in writing.
